What are your hours?: We have standard business hours or available by appointment for your convenience. We are typically closed on Sundays.
Where are you located?: We are conveniently located in Fishers, Indiana close to Hamilton Town Center.
How will I receive my order?: Our orders are delivered electronically, unless you specifically order a custom product from us.
What payment options do you accept?: We accept cash, check, Venmo and online payments via credit/debit cards.
How long is the typical wait?: Our wait times vary depending on your session type. Individual sessions are turned around rather quickly, while league sessions and weddings can take up to 30 days. Please contact ask us regarding your session type for the most accurate time expectations.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Depending on the session type obviously, but for smaller shoots we do ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice to be able to open up our calendar for someone who may be waiting.
